Oven-Roasted Corn-on-the-Cob | Fatfree Vegan Kitchen
For those of you out there who live in a place where corn is abundant this time of year (I certainly do), well... how many of you knew that you can cook corn in the oven? I never knew that! It's supposed to give it a much richer flavor, I will test that theory out soon!
Corn was 10 cents each at my grocery store!
